Sophia Laforteza was tucked in bed, buried within her comfortable fortress of a bed. A Disney movie glowed, her workload finally being done, she finished checking her students’ essays, Sophia the First Pajamas kept her warm. Peace was earned, and she was finally getting the rest she deserved.
Then a knock disturbed her peace. Three soft beats against the wood.
And, there she stood with the light softly glowing against the figure.
