Summary
When the sun sets (a pair of golden eyes) and the moon glows (a dragon tail and gilded horns), the stars flicker in the night (white hair untainted by cursed blue). He dreams of four other people around a campfire, weary yet pleased with the day's practice. He (he? Or not he?) lies beneath the stars on a thin sheet, a man with a mane of white hair on his right and a small Vidyadhara on his left, dragon tail coiled around the trio. He (who?) fondly rubs the base of the Vidyadhara's horns and runs his fingers through the locks of unruly hair.
He wakes up. There are no slumbering partners beside him, no crackling campfire.
Who are they? Their names feel like they are on the tip of his tongue yet not entirely present. He should know. He knows.
Their names fail to leave his lips.
Ambrosia wraps its roots around his neurons, filling in synapses. The m̶̩͋̈́͌̈́̽̓̓̌̄͛̕ǎ̵̤̗̲̞͉̪̫̝͓̭̊̀̃̒̐͌̅̌́̊̂̕ͅr̷̢̧̤͈̰͉̜͇͎͖͗̾̌̑̽̈́͠͝͠ͅa̵̢̡̤̘͎̮̪̝̎̿ proceeds with its deathly march.
