Summary
After Vandal Savage has killed his zombified daughters, he quickly realizes the gravity of the Anti-Life pandemic. With no trust in the heroes, he needs to assemble a team of villains and antiheroes to get a chance of survival. The thing with villains is, however, they mostly reside in the infected Belle Reve.
