Jagg is throwing a party to celebrate another upcoming election, and his pathetic brother Brett shows up. He's ruined Jagg's parties before, Twice, he had his silly “anxiety attacks” in the middle of a party, at another he had told people at the party that they were related, so now everyone knows it. Oh, and there was the time he was running against Jagg in the election and people paid more attention to him than they did to Jagg, for no reason. This is why Jagg doesn’t invite him to these things!
