When Ken pulled away, the blood on his face had smeared against Plato’s. It was a stark contrast between his lovers already greying skin; the colour draining by the minute. The blood coated Plato’s lips, and Ken couldn’t help but think how pretty it looked when they were tinted red. He looked more alive, as if he hadn’t left Ken yet.
