His tall figure and long silver hair flowing in the wind and sparkling under the sun made him stand out among the crowd. A tingling sensation crept up Rin’s spine as she took in his regal posture, his unhurried steps, and the fluffy, white fur draping over his shoulder...
It was as if she was suddenly plunged into water. All the noises around her became muted and everything blurred except him. His amber eyes were so strange yet so familiar, and something at the back of her muddled brain told her that she must have gotten quite close to him to see his eyes so clearly. She didn’t know when her legs had carried her towards him, but she had no space in her mind to care about that. Not when that pair of amber eyes were staring at her with the same intensity as hers were at him.
“…Sesshoumaru?” The unfamiliar syllables rolled off her tongue as naturally as breathing.
Amber gaze immediately sharpened into a cold, hard glare as his harsh voice pierced through her, “How do you know my name?”

Summary
During a casual stroll on her way back to the village, Rin is targeted by a cloaked figure who casts a spell that erases her memories.
Living with no recollection of who she is and of her friends is hard enough as it is, but the towering and quite intimidating demon brooding in the vicinity is without a doubt the most worrisome aspect of this whole ordeal.
A demon who everyone assures her she’s actually married to.
