After respawning back into the cabin, Chance notices their illness and decides to take care of them until the rest of the survivors return.

Two Time groans as a response, before attempting to sit up — with the botanist placing a hand on their back to support them. Azure hands them a glass of water from the nightstand – probably been there overnight – and Two Time gladly takes a drink, though their throat felt stuffy.
Azure presses a hand to their forehead, cringing at how Two Time was feverishly hot to the touch, pulling their hand away. “You definitely have a fever. I’ll go get some medicine for you.”
Or: Two Time is sick. They have it bad.
