Holden begs Adam to join him for an infamous Double Date. When Adam finds out it's with Malcolm, he folds. But when he walks into the restaurant to see Olive Smith, will he rise to the occasion or crumble at the sight of her?
Spoiler: he crumbles.
“Could’ve brought a better wingman, though,” Malcolm grinned. “He hasn’t sung your praises or spoken to Olive. Not a very good double date, no?”
"Holden always picked the worst dates.”
He meant it. This was the worst date Holden could have chosen for Adam. -

Her body was warm beside his. Glancing at the clock, it read 7am as the morning sun managed to peak through his black out curtains. The soft light dusted her skin, revealing her freckled-covered back, allowing Adam to lightly trace patterns between them, stray strands of her dark brunette hair brushing his face while she shifted in her sleep.
The rhythmic rise and fall of her chest as she dreamt next to him was strangely comforting in moments like these.
