“Interesting,” Eurymachus says.
Antinous doesn’t look up, Eurymachus finds many things interesting and half of them are between someone’s legs. He sets his focus on the block of wood in his hand and knife in the other, trying to follow the grooves as he keeps the picture in his mind.
“Very interesting indeed.”
“Can you shut your trap? I’m trying to finish?”
Eurymachus snorts. “Yeah.”
Antinous actually does look up at that, intent on glaring at Eurymachus but the man still isn’t looking at him, instead intently staring over the balcony. Call it boredom or annoyance at being ignored, Antinous sets down his half finished gift and pads over to Eurymachus. He fixes his sour mood on whatever that the other suitor is looking at.
And his eyebrows raise when he sees the prince tugging along something more dainty than himself. “Oh,” Antinous utters.
“Yeah,” Eurymachus snickers. “Oh.”
They share a grin. Trouble.
