Summary
After missing for 3 months, Taro has returned to the public. But something's different about him. He's no longer the guy who was always friendly and respectful towards everyone, he's now a mute shell of the person he once was. This change of behavior, along with his disappearance, has caused Budo to pay heed to the boy.
And when he gets Taro to open up and learns about what has become of him over the past few months, Budo now realizes that the situation is worse than anyone would expect.
