The two of them are filming a nature documentary about the planet's technorganic ocean life. The longer Jazz and Chromedome stay on the planet, the more they learn about why the travel ban was put in place.
Then the crew of technorganic Mer, Prowl and Rewind, who are documenting the two visiting mechs to keep their people up to date on what life on modern Cybertron is like. And to keep the two off-world mechs from falling into the depths of their planet's harsh ocean.
