Trying to adapt to his unwelcome return into her life, as well as trying to stay out of whatever her brother Dustin and his friends were secretly up to was no easy feat, especially when literal monsters were thrown into the mix.
Lisa Henderson didn't like Steve Harrington, but she also couldn't seem to get rid of him.

They get stuck in his throat like they did when he was twelve and fourteen and sixteen and they still get stuck now, at twenty-three, because love still feels like something that can be taken away. Summer 1993 has begun for Mike, Lucas, Max, Dustin and Will, who is visiting. However, their vacation gets interrupted, thanks to a mysterious crash that occurs in Hawkins. Upon investigation, the party realizes there may be someone, or something, in town with powers similar to El’s. But as they go down the rabbit hole, questions emerge as to what’s happening now. Meanwhile, a stranger arrives into town, and wants to know all they can about scientific and supernatural topics.

Shortly after season four came out, I decided I wanted to rewrite it with the premise that Steve and Eddie were already dating, but I also wanted to show how they ended up dating, and ... Two years later, the story is finally done. This is my magnum opus. I want to print this, bind it, and be buried with it. I hope others find as much joy reading it as I did writing it!

He and the party +the party extended were going there to end the crisis at hand, and to finally end Vecna's reign of terror. Except Will didn't know what to do. He wants the scare from One to be over, and live a normal, or some-what-normal life with his friends and family, but he needs to first end this.
Or, It was a dream of Vecna's, no, a premonition of his that he allowed Will to see. Will saw all his beloved, dead, gone, deceased, all within a minute. He needs to do something, but only has a day before the events are supposed to take place. Will is stressed, and only hopes to achieve this goal, but knows he may not make it, so he steps up and tells the one he had eyes for since he was 13 what he really thinks.

This will be the first one-shot (or “issue”) in the LuMax Daredevil/Spider-Man Crossover. Maxine “Max” Mayfield is a Columbia Law student with dreams of starting her own practice with her best friends: Dustin Henderson as her law partner, and Max’s roommate and Dustin’s girlfriend, Susannah “Suzie” Bingham, as their tech support, marketing, and admin professional. Max had also been unable to ignore the sound of another young girl being abused, so for a few years now, Max has been the vigilante Daredevil, AKA The Devil of Hell’s Kitchen. She refuses to let her blindness get in the way of that, just like she hadn’t let it get in the way of anything else. However, after a few years of being a vigilante, Daredevil finally meets Spider-Man and his partner, Spider-Woman. This is surprising, but not a big deal, until the new semester starts at Columbia, and this new factor has a new complication: her new graduate student note-taker, Lucas Sinclair? Well, heartbeats don’t lie: Lucas is Spider-Man.
Basic knowledge of Stranger Things, Daredevil, and Spider-Man are encouraged but not technically necessary.

Summary
It's been two weeks since The Party defeated Vecna, rescued Holly, Derek, and the other kids from the Abyss, and destroyed the Upside Down. They're now grappling with the aftermath of losing Eleven, who sacrificed herself to prevent Dr. Kay and the military from using her blood for experiments and to make more monsters. After three days of being interrogated by Dr. Kay and the military who were demanding and questioning about Eleven's whereabouts until Dr. Owens, along with U.S Marshals, FBI and Army CID agents came in to arrest Dr. Kay, Sullivan including the soldiers and MPs under them, Outside of Hawkins dozens of factions in the D.O.D and D.O.E working against Eleven, along with other government officials who were involved were also arrested.
A month later, thanks to Nancy and Murray's journalistic abilities, an article exposed decades of state-sponsored abuse, human rights violations, and war crimes, igniting global outrage. As the trials for Dr. Kay, Sullivan, and the others began, Mike and The Party came together to support each other while grieving Eleven, while Hopper convened a town hall meeting in Hawkins as residents were angry and had questions about what's been going on in their town for years. -

If that was where Steve had been attacked, that meant that the gate was just a few feet behind her. Nancy whipped around, stepping blindly forwards, eyes raking over the ground ahead of her.
The gate was nowhere to be seen.
