Back before the ending to "Can't Let Go Of My Grudge 'Til I Know You're Done" had been finalized, I had plotted (and written) a full ending based off of how I would have ended it. Unfortunately, that ending was summarily rejected in favour of the actual (somewhat similar but vastly different) ending that had come to be.
Now that time has passed and things have changed (including no longer being friends with the original commissioner), I've opted to post the original ending as a bonus chapter to be read. It's non-canon (obviously), but for anyone who wanted Adam and Sasha to get together and thought they would (like I was), here you go.

Shortly after season four came out, I decided I wanted to rewrite it with the premise that Steve and Eddie were already dating, but I also wanted to show how they ended up dating, and ... Two years later, the story is finally done. This is my magnum opus. I want to print this, bind it, and be buried with it. I hope others find as much joy reading it as I did writing it!
