I got the idea of this fic while writing my other fic and the voices said "Do it my child. Write."

Basic Synopsis: Instead of being captured, Varian escapes before they find him after the battle of Old Corona. Still mad with anger, Varian strikes off alone on the quest to the Dark Kingdom. If only he could rid himself of the Princess who keeps desperately trying to make things right.

"Your majesty!” She heard a guard call out. Curious, she turned around to see the issue. A group of royal guards were positioned around the large mech that Varian was piloting. It was at this moment that she realized hadn’t seen the thing move once, hadn’t heard anything from the boy. One of the guards cautiously poked the head of the automaton with his spear, the pod’s lid popping open with a hiss. As the steam poured out from the cockpit, one thing became ominously clear.
“The Alchemist is gone.”

Of course, Shigaraki Tomura had something of a unique perspective on all of that, given that All as One was his dad, and all he wanted was to make him proud by becoming a Hero who saved people with a smile, just like him.
Essentially, this is every "What if X was a villain?" fic taken to its logical extreme. Every Hero is a Villain, and every Villain is a Hero.

For as long as he could he did just that, he would behave, never ask for more than what he had, never talk back to the gifted. And yet, eventually, that just wasn’t enough, for him or the world. Maybe it was emotional buildup, or perhaps a step too far. But it’s safe to say that no one could have ever predicted the end of Izuku Midoriya, and the birth of a monster. -

Every day is the same old, boring day. I wake up, feel like crap, get dressed, get belittled by my sister for being weak and quirkless, get abused and neglected by my sperm donor and mother respectively, go to Hel- Aldera (My junior high), get bullied and harassed by my classmates (my sister included) while the teachers don't give a shit or join in, feel like a corpse after it all, get told off by Bakugo and his cronies like usual, get my shit, go home, sleep without eating or bandaging my injuries.
I hate it. And after All Might told me straight to my face that I couldn't be a hero. I just gave up, plain and simple. There is no point trying to be a hero. Much less a quirkless hero. I honestly don't remember what I saw in them that made me want to be them. But just because I gave up on that dream doesn't mean... Actually, on second thought, maybe I'll take Katsuki's advice...
