A Stitch in Time is a slow burn Holmes x OC romance threaded through with family drama, casefic mystery, and a creeping, almost fairy tale sense that something older is waking in the shadows of London. It follows a consulting detective who does not believe in magic, a woman who refuses to be only a victim or a muse, and the Holmes family as they learn that protecting one small, stubborn heart may be the most complicated case they will ever take. (This does not follow the Enola Holmes or Sherlock Holmes stories but does reference them. In a very loose way is similar to ‘Cheating Men Must Die’/Pataphysics world hopping.)
