He tries to remember an earlier interaction with Jughead and all he gets are a mirage of memories; them packing away tchotchkes at Pop's when they needed to move to a new space, flashes of him with Tabitha, his arm soft around her back, and then further back, or yesterday, or neither, Jughead teaching him the word iconoclast during a study session just like this one, and Archie almost immediately forgetting what it means.
"I really haven't seen Jughead in a while," Archie says slowly.

“Nearly two years.” He says too calmly, even as her own anxiety worsens. “She doesn’t remember that she broke it off because-” He swallows, still some pain to the statement even with his endless support. He probably loves her as much as Michaela does. He probably felt the same terrified panic that was still easing through her chest now.
“Because of me.” She whispers quietly… not a fact she had known at the time but one she was well aware of now after six months of being with her… they had just moved in together for crying out loud, what does he mean she doesn’t remember?
“She doesn’t remember that.” John’s tone is pained but quiet, gentle as he reaches out toward her, but she flinches away from his grip, her mind struggling to process the information he’s feeding her.

Summer vacation is in full swing and Wednesday and Enid have been hopelessly pining for each other the entire break. What Enid does not realise is that Wednesday has been on a mission to court her all summer, and Wednesday Addams is no quitter.
