A harsh elbow in your side brings you back to reality; a teammate tells you to respond to her already. A furrowed brow as you look over at the other team. They're mostly focused on themselves, except for Shauna, who breaks formation. Leaning forward and awaiting a response. You haven't seen her in a while, at least not in person. "Finally," she yells, "I wanted to wish you and your team good luck," She insists, with a wide smile. She's never this nice. It has to be a trick. "You're gonna need it." And there it is. A roll of your eyes as you turn back. You won't allow her to get a rise out of you. It's not worth it.
