“Do I have a choice?” Angel raises an eyebrow in supposed annoyance, but it doesn’t completely hide the gleam in his eyes, which is only more evident when Alastor pulls him into a side hug and Angel’s eyes widen to their fullest extent, the edges of his mouth creeping up.
“No!"

Angel becomes the Happy Hotel's concierge. Like everything in his afterlife seems to be, it's Alastor's fault.

I wondered what would happen if Angel had given his soul to Alastor instead of Valentino all those decades ago, and it spiraled.
