In autumn of 1941, life is good in Skeldale house. Tristan commutes to Doncaster to teach but is home half of the week. James is back from the war and enjoying the time with his wife and infant son. Siegfried has regular help from a vet and a half (Tristan gets bored enough when at home that he’s willing to take farm calls or surgery). Mrs. Hall is in correspondence with her son, away in the Navy. Things are as well as can be, in war time.

After losing contact with the team Rook lead to follow Magister Alexius into the south. Neve sets out to track down and possibly rescue her partner. Neve just wants to find Rook she did not sign up to be a religious figure, but when has the world ever cared what Neve wanted.
This not time travel it’s a massive au where Rook completed all of the companion quests pre-canon, and also got exiled from every faction mostly for the canon reasons.
I’ll probably make a separate fic that just summarizes Rook’s lore.
This is my first fic constructive criticism is appreciated but please be nice.

You hated the ending of Jujutsu Kaisen; you hated how Gege had the gall to tell all of Gojo Satoru's fans - who adored him - to just "forget about him". You hated how he made you hurt so much you couldn't even bring yourself to read or watch what used to be your comfort show and manga anymore. You felt you could do it better. You felt Gojo Satoru DESERVED better.
...You just didn't realize you had the actual power to make it better in reality.
