“Now that’s a good slogan,” Taylor uttered humorously from inside the succubus’s head as she watched the exchange between the two women, helpless to do anything to stop it.

Sure. Fine. Whatever. As long as they’re not fighting, and they stay the fuck away from his house -and especially his workshop- he could not care less. It’s not like he gets many visitors, anyway. He lives in the butt-fuck middle of nowhere for a reason!
But then, they somehow get it into their heads that he would be a perfect 'dam,' being as headstrong and unbothered as he was, and several start trying to court him, all the while Leon has a very sentitive matter to attend to and can't afford any distractions!

My boyfriend had been in a medically induced coma for eleven days. The doctors were cautiously optimistic, which was just another way of saying they don't know. I'd been visiting every day, sitting next to him, the machines showing him stable, but stable isn't the same as back. I needed him back.
I'd never been the type to do this, but I found something that might help. It required a summoning circle, some sulfur powder, and some candles. I ended up kneeling on my floor at night saying words I didn't fully understand to whatever would listen.
The ritual worked. The incubus who answered wanted only conversation and company in exchange for a cure. A few hours of my time. It seemed perfectly reasonable.
