Diluc was living a peaceful life, despite being the only priest left to take care of his family shrine. He didn't date, he didn't party. Nobody really believed in Barbatos anymore, so he could come up with rules that helped him with finding excuses. He was loved by the elderly in the village, so he's been well taken care of too.
He tought it would stay this way. Simple meals everyday, cleaning the shrine, at night occasionally eradicating wicked spirits bothering the town.

To allow himself to be cleansed of his sins by this man who he views as an angel, or allow himself to despair for the rest of his immortal life. But what he doesn't know, is that his fate has already been sealed when he fell in love with his patient.

This work is heavily inspired on Appalachian Folklore, Gravity Falls, Hozier songs, Mysterious skin and old small towns. I also have something for complex relationships, so you will se much of that here.

All wires were working how they were meant to, there was enough power supplied across all the instruments and hanging lights. They should have been working perfectly. Follows the story of 6 unlikely allies who find themselves thrown together by fate in the cruel and harsh Sixth-World of Shadowrun. These are the narrative adventures of my TTRP group, in our campaign. A new chapter is written most weeks. Because this gets published to my players, it's written from an in-game perspective, with imperfect knowledge - there's very few instances where you read something that wasn't directly observed by them, and as a result sometimes something weird and a little unexplained can happen.
Most of the chapters are probably PG-12 - but it is a harsh world, and gun battles and brutal melee is definitely a thing. There's also some adult content and some scenes of attempted kidnapping and rape of some of the team, and there's a few instances of torture. It's all (hopefully) in context for the story, and I try to keep it implied or not too heavy on the detail - enough so you know what's going on, without being gratuitous.
I also have a group on facebook where I sometimes talk about behind the scenes stuff. People are welcome to join and offer thoughts, criticism, suggestions or just see what is going on behind the story...

Summary
In the bountiful multiverse- or maybe just a line in a singular, throwaway page- one Dazai Osamu finds his standstill with Death finally coming to a close. It seems his luck has run out. Or perhaps the opposite is the case, and lady luck has finally deigned to smile upon him.
Regardless, the outcome is the same. On a clear spring day, just as the sun begins to set: Dazai gazes upon a river and prepares to jump in. His partner in the ADA was already called and on his way, and a starving orphan is just a ways ahead, waiting for their first encounter.
It just so happens that in this iteration of the story, when Dazai falls into the river- a wayward bunch of rocks he somehow missed in his calculations manages to interrupt his trajectory. And hit him square in the head. It is not a painless, nor instantaneous death. In his last moments, Dazai has only the singular thought that: this is not how he wanted things to go.
What if: Dazai dies in the first episode of BSD. He still manages to enact his plans.
