-kemonomin are hybrids of humans and animals. In this universe, the usually have fur , ears and tails. Their natural instincts is to submit, unlike ABO tho, they need to feel safe or in extreme danger to submit for survival. Forced submission through fear, or the kemonomin themself forcing themselves to submit causes medical issues later on, more severe as the submission goes on.
Zoro is a kemonomin with only ears, and is on the brink of death by the hands of do flamingo, before he’s bought by mihawk. -

Chuuya held out his arm, blocking Atsushi’s path.

“I said stay here!” he snapped, without turning around, and threw the bag onto the snow.
His legs carried him forward of their own accord, faster and faster, but the street seemed only to grow longer, the flicker of the flashing lights growing dimmer, and the silhouette of Director Mori, glimpsed in the crowd, growing ever more distant and smaller. His vision sharpened strangely to the limit, and the cogs in his head spun at breakneck speed.
Why is the siren off?
It wasn’t even late in the evening yet. And when had so many people managed to gather? There were so many of them that those who couldn’t fit on the pavement, where several policemen were on duty, had taken up the entire pavement on the other side of the bridge. Some were even standing on the kerb separating the pavement from the road.
Why are there only police here?
Lungs were starting to sting from the frosty air. Steam was escaping from the mouth in uneven puffs.
