On one side, the enforcers of order that would give up their kinds' souls for its sake. Mantle and Mistral.
On the other, the guardians of mortality's greatest asset: Their heart, which set them apart from the beasts and the Grimm that they so hated. Vacuo and Vale.
As we know, it would be the protectors who would win the day. The mortal soul would be preserved.
In another world, that would be that, and an era of peace between the four kingdoms would be that conflict's only legacy.
But here... Mantle is not defeated. Instead, it is betrayed. And so, they turn their back on the world, and build walls instead of bridges. Mantle became Atlas, nothing short of a nation-sized fortress, with no ways in, or out.

It should have been a normal, peaceful day at Beacon. After all, the Breach had been stopped and Torchwick was now behind bars. But life does have a way of throwing curveballs. Team RWBY, alongside Team JNPR and several other individuals, have been transported to a strange theatre to observe another world in the style of a trilogy of movies that may have them learn more about themselves. The first movie will make them realise that the world is much larger than they could ever have known.

Meanwhile Weiss, wanting to help Ruby, discovers a dark conspiracy in Atlas and fights against with help from other friends.
Blake aims to take down the White Fang alone and make Adam pay for what he has done.
Yang struggles with the loss of her arm, her feelings towards her friends and her family, and her mother.
And Ozpin awakens to find an evil man he thought long dead.
All the while a man from Cinder's past returns to stop her and Salem's newest pawn rises.
The fate of these young warriors' battles could decide Remnant's destiny.
