Sanji was 'the omega'. It was a forgone conclusion in the Vinsmoke Manor that the third son of the quadruplets was going to be the only non-alpha in their family, their deceased mother being an omega herself used as further proof. A very strange statement from Judge Vinsmoke given his scientific background and studies, but bias exists in everybody. Case in point, it had inadvertently shaped Sanji's own views on some levels.
He fully believed he would present as an omega and his brothers would follow in the path of their father and older sister to be alphas. It was so fully baked into his psyche that he was confused why Niji would want to sneak a look at their blood results so soon. Before even their father.

Attention: Spoilers from Life is Strange - Reunion
The last few weeks have been really exhausting for Amanda Thomas; she’s had so much to do because of all the demonstrators that her personal needs have taken a back seat. Conveniently, Chloe Price makes her an offer she finds hard to refuse.
...The taste of alcohol and cigarettes are immediately on her tongue and it's actually a mixture that Amanda doesn't prefer at all, but it's so damn hard to resist this charismatic woman. Apparently Chloe is aware of this too and gives her a little at first. “Are you okay?” Chloe asks and runs a hand over her right cheek. Amanda doesn't answer this stupid question, which would only lead to a long monologue, and prefers to take action and penetrate her open mouth with her tongue. Within a very short space of time, the two objects are fighting for the best places and Amanda feels her lust taking over and clasps her slim waist with one hand, while Chloe goes a step further and tries to undo the belt.
Considering the alcohol consumption today, this is no easy task and it takes several attempts to achieve a presentable result..
