Katsuki doesn't care that Izuku broke up with him. At least, that's the delusion that he struggles to sync with reality. Just when he thinks the emotional downward spiral has subsided, Eijiro pulls him right back him. There's an underlying truth to his feud with Izuku, even if Katsuki takes a little poking and prodding to see it.
