He glanced to Katsuki, and Katsuki stood up. “Gotta go?”
“Gotta go.”
“How’s the knee?”
“Feels good.”
“Home in one piece for dinner.”
“Always.” Shoto kissed Katsuki, gave Taiyo one last ear ruffle, and waved to Izuku as he ran out the door.
Katsuki Bakugo has worn a ticking time bomb on his right arm since the War. It goes out in the only way possible - in the middle of battle, in a bloody blaze of glory. He wakes up with icy fingers in his remaining hand: Shoto Todoroki, the Number Two Hero, the man he married, and the one who'd snatched his falling carcass out of the sky.
In the aftermath, Katsuki works to navigate a new missing limb. Shoto's a perfect support. But the ties of their relationship fray under the strain, and both their careers are on the line. Will they figure out how to talk to each other again, or did Katsuki's right arm blow up their future, too?

Instead of leaving Neytiri for dead after shooting her in the shoulder with an arrow, Varang displays an odd act of kindness by saving her. She only does this because when they went toe-to-toe in the sky, she could see how ferocious the other woman was. She sees herself in Neytiri, and can see how much fight she has in her heart.
Somehow, Neytiri manages to convince her to join forces against the RDA (this occurs before Quaritch approaches the Mangkwan). When the colonel does come, she agrees to help him find the other “Sky Man." Little does he know, she’s been intentionally placed just for the sake of misleading him, which she does for a while… Until the power becomes too delicious to pass up.
Just like Jake and Quaritch, in a sense, Varang and Neytiri are two sides of the same coin. Varang’s incessant need to claim ownership over everything causes her to encounter some hard-to-navigate feelings.

I've named the main character Trent and have based certain aspects of his life on Trent Reznor but he is not meant to be the real life Trent Reznor as I don't know his personality well enough to write about him. Each chapter is named after a song and that part of the story is based on that song to create a story where you watch a man slowly go insane.
