He's noticing new things, like how there's a tightness around Aizen's eyes, and lines on his forehead. It could be because he's in a gigai, it could be because he's been confined in complete darkness for years, or that these little signs were always there and he was just now noticing them, but Aizen looked older.
Aizen looked handsome.
Ichigo would never go to a party for sugar babies if Mizuiro didn't ask for his protection. It just didn't seem like a big deal at the time. How was he supposed to know Aizen of all people would be there?
