Summary
She pushed the tape in and pressed play.
Static, then the image cleared.
What looked like a dorm room, blue and green plaid spread on the bed, posters on the wall she couldn’t quite make out. The camera was angled down, aimed directly at the bed.
A girl sat on the bed, smiling at something off camera. She was pretty, maybe twenty.
What the fuck?
Then a guy walked into frame. Dark hair that flopped over his forehead, strong jawline. A smattering of hair dusted his bare chest and disappeared down into his jeans. “I think it’s working. Still into it?”
“Yes.” Laughing, the girl pulled off her shirt, leaving her in a bright pink bra. “Let’s see how hot we are.”
He crossed to the bed and leaned down to kiss her. The girl’s hands trailed down his chest and popped the button of his jeans while he cupped her face.
Oh. Oh my god.

Summary
Mark hums a laugh and tilts his head until his cheek rests against Helena's hair. “Bet you’ll never make it,” he whispers.
She gives him a halfhearted slap on the chest. “Bet you won’t.”
“How much do you wanna bet?”
She pushes herself up to study his face. Her eyebrow arches. “That you can’t make it two weeks without f*cking me?”
--
Both reintegrated Mark Scout and reintegrating Helena Eagan are tapped to participate in Lumon’s new outreach tour to promote reintegration. Easy...except they’ve decided to keep their relationship out of the public eye, especially given Mark and Gemma Scout’s past as media darlings, and Helena’s decidedly less positive reputation. When they come up with the idea of turning the arrangement into a flirty game, they find themselves negotiating a whole new rulebook.

Summary
Lumon learned something when Helly R. started a coup on the severed floor and Mark S. stayed behind:
They'd been testing the Severance barrier between the wrong two people.
It didn't take Lumon long to regain control of the floor and when they did, they gained the perfect opportunity to get it right this time.
---
Helena and Mark are held hostage on the testing floor. Every day they're sent into two rooms. Regularly they come out with feelings they shouldn't.
Chapters labelled Helly R./Mark S. are self-indulgent one shots of Mark and Helly falling in love over and over again.
Chapters labelled Helena Eagan/Mark Scout tell the story of two damaged people trying to make it through.
Love transcends Severance.

Helly thinks how she could scream, causing a scene which she has all the right to do because this man is an obvious creep who is getting off touching her, a stranger.
But why does she kinda like it?.

There is no ding of the elevator as Helly finds her bearings in her body, this time.
The first thing that she notices is that she’s panting heavily. The second is that her hands are bound with something rough, held above her head.

"[Kier] left her as she grew." -Jame Eagan.
Inspired by the show Severance, this story explores Helena Eagan's adolescence as she is forced to suppress her fiery spirit and sense of individuality and made to abide by the strict Kier/Eagan Family indoctrination. Conditionally severing herself from her inner Helly R way before she gets a chip. Some scenes are inspired by specific moments of the show to add to the deep layers of subtext.

“COME ON, YOU GOTTA GO! RIGHT NOW! GO!”
That was her last straw. No one had yelled at her before, but if he did, if Mark did, it could only mean she was in danger. But was not death the worst of dangers? He was pushing her to non-existence. And it was not the first time.
The man she had feelings for wanted her dead. That was the last thought she had.
But not the last thing she did. -

Gemma only just sat down, she can still feel the sting of the needle, but then there are warm dark eyes on her and suddenly nothing hurts at all.

Five times Mark and Gemma met, and one time they found each other again.

“I have this idea. You see, I’m lonely. And I hope you don’t mind me saying, but I think you’re lonely too.” He pauses as if to give Irving some time to agree but he stays silent, so Burt continues.
“I think you should come over to my house to sleep with me in the same bed.” Burt finishes with a smile, leaving the sentence hanging in the air between them.
Two lonely people come to an arrangement to help them sleep better. But it's never as simple as that.

“For a moment, everything else fades away—like none of this is happening, like they’re not about to lose each other.”
As alarms blare, Mark and Helly make a run for it, pushing through unfamiliar hallways as things quickly start to unravel. The deeper they go, the harder it becomes to tell what’s real—memories blur, identities shift, and the situation grows more unstable by the second. What starts as an escape turns into something far more complicated, forcing them to question each other and everything around them.
Or, I can't wait for S3, so I just decided to write it myself.

Summary
The numbers scared him.
They joked about how some numbers were "scary" but it went unspoken that they also knew that there was great power in the numbers.
These were especially bad, though.
—
After refining The Numbers, Dylan G. receives a mysterious message originating from the Swan station. The refiners, the Others, and Desmond must try to uncover the secret history between Lumon and the DHARMA Initiative. This fic primarily takes place during seasons 1 and 2 of Lost and around the time of season 1 of Severance; however, it has spoilers for the entirety of both shows. Each chapter follows different characters; the structure is a hybrid of both shows, including Lost-style flashbacks.

“You and your family created hell, and you’re going to burn in it!” Helly seethes with a passion and conviction that Helena has not felt in her soul for a very, very long time.
They both await Jame’s reaction with bated breath.
He doesn’t move an inch, but Helena’s stomach drops at the sight of the small smile that spreads across his stoney face.“There he is.”
Oh fuck.

What would Helena think and feel about Helly’s adventures in the final 2 episodes of season 2?
As Helly finally begins to accept Helena as a part of herself, and as Mark chooses her anyway.Inspired by Helena watching the elevator kiss scene on repeat, this is my take on what would happen if Helena was able to watch the tapes from “The After Hours” and “Cold Harbor”.

And what if it was?
(Or, based on that exchange and the fact that they had considered making them spouses on the outside, Mark and Helena are married. How’s that going?)
