Sparrow gets fired by his situationship turned boss. Smarty Pants and Phonograph quit in solidarity (well, at least Smarty does). They decide to start a band while drowning their sorrows in alcohol. Ron will not give up, and slowly(ish) realizes he MAYBE might’ve not communicated very well.
