Luffy tilted his head like a confused puppy, brow furrowed in innocent puzzlement.
"What question?"
Usopp groaned, the weight of Luffy’s cluelessness threatening to crush him. "Will you marry me, Idiot!"

・Why This AU Is Set in the United States
I chose to write Yuusaku and Ogata in a modern AU set in the United States on purpose.
By placing them outside contemporary Japan and the cultural framework I’m familiar with, I wanted to see their personalities more clearly—separated from the expectations, roles, and social constraints that would otherwise define them.A note on the series:
In Tables, I wanted Yuusaku and Ogata’s Dom/Sub tension to exist outside conventional macho masculinity. Ogata’s dominance is not the typical masculine sadist model, and the submissive sensibility in this series is not rooted in masculine pride, conquest, or surrender as defeat.
Their tension comes from control, refusal, restraint, observation, and the act of making the other person choose.
