Rather she crawled to the balcony doors and banged on them incessantly until Katsuki had picked her up to allow Izuku to open them for her.
It was the first time they’d heard her laugh. When she stuck her tiny fingers past the threshold and into the rain, kicking her feet against Katsuki chest to get closer to the rain. Honestly, what were they supposed to do? Not sit out in the rain so their baby could laugh anytime she got a little wet?

Today is the 41st day of being stuck on the second day of state debate with Zach. The alarm buzzing on the flimsy wooden side table mocks me for waking up first for the 41st time. I sigh and slam my hand down on the alarm, accompanied by a sigh, shuffling out of my spot on the queen-sized bed. I carefully untangled my limbs from Zach’s as I gazed from afar.
Gary is prepping with the Millard North kids for the 41st time. Rohil is reading fanfictions in the hotel room next to us for the 41st time. And Zach is sleeping soundly next to me for the 41st time. I won’t lie, I don’t mind being stuck in all this with Zach, but there's only so much we can do. We’ve gone to Panda Express, Amigos, Phillips, C-Station, Panera, Costco, and the fucking YMCA. Even with all of that, we’ve still been stuck. The stress is taking a toll on our sanity. So much so we started telling Spady that we’ll drive back home rather than on the bus because we know damn well we’ll wake up in the shitty hotel room the next day.

Zach and Lucas are stuck in a time loop together. But, they are both blinded by their ego, their want for each other, to get out the way the universe intended.
