When they wake up, their room - or wherever they slept - appears the same; but as they go about their day, they soon realise they are somewhere else entirely. They find themselves surrounded by a green field, with a seemingly endless forest in the far east, and a beautiful mountain range in the even further west. The only signs of human life are the few buildings on the field. These buildings, if they can be called that, form a strange mismatched cluster, some more foreign than others but nevertheless a comfort to the lost person. Each one has a path leading from it, formed by being trodden over and over so that the grass has been flattened to dirt.
