At the bottom of this popularity food-chain was Sweet and Cap'n. They were the nerdiest nerds that ever nerded. Being their friend was a death sentence.
But the new transfer student didn't know that.
Cakes Baker transferred from the city. He was recruited by the school for his skill in just about any sport imaginable. Not to mention, Cakes was an excellent actor and got the starring role in every school musical. Yet, this star player had more mystery to him than most new students do. Within his past, hidden behind a smile, told a story that he'd only dare to tell.
Their lives couldn't be more different. A sporty jock and two dull nerds could never mesh well together.
