Summary
Starscream is the conjunx of Megatron, Lord of the Decepticons. While the rest of the faction is out fighting a war, he stays at base and focuses on his single duty - ensuring that the heir he carries within him reaches emergence in the best state possible.
Sometimes, it feels like his processor is fighting him every step of the way. He hasn't been the same since the attack that left his mind in tatters.
It doesn't matter though, how much he feels like everything is wrong sometimes, how lonely and restless he gets. It's not like he has anything else to offer the cause.
He wishes his trine could be with him more often, but he'll savour this moment he gets with them as best as he can. He doesn't know how long it is until they're sent out again, far away from him, to battlefields he can't even imagine.

Or, Megatron has shadowplay done on Starscream, and takes him as a mate. A mind as strong as Starscream's is hard to keep down, however, and fights to surface with every passing cycle. Megatron does what he can to keep Starscream well under his control.
Thundercracker and Skywarp have no way to help him. They offer what comfort they can, and hope his mind will be able to fight through.

Longer summery: long ass fan fic I’ve been writing that tells the story of how Decepticons wanted to give human reproduction as a way of building up their numbers one last try so they kidnap a human and while they are waiting to see if their experiment works the human becomes a medic and gains a family. Will they escape? I have no idea I haven’t written that far yet. Or am I just not telling you?
Kinda taken things I like from different transformers media so expect a bit of franchise crossover as well as my own head cannons.

Los días posteriores al salto dimensional fueron serenos. Rodeados por la sed de aventura. Los tripulantes de La Luz Perdida especulaban sobre el destino que cada uno de ellos podían tomar y la libertad que está conyebaba. Los sueños y posibilidades rodeaban a cada individuo dentro de la nave.
Solo que a la distancia, había un individuo resagado de las vibrantes conversaciones que inundaban la nave.
Para Megatron, el destino de su otro yo, en su universo original, era bastante claro...las cartas ya habían sido jugadas y él había perdido el juego... Él podía sentirlo en su chispa pero, en el presente, una sensación extraña se cernía sobre él en cada intento de recarga.
