The Allspark, the bringer of life to Cybertronians, once reached a planet called Earth, and the Autobots and Decepticons contend to take it back to their home planet.
However, the journey was more perilous than they thought. The humans, Earth's sentient residents, come in different flavors: some exploited them, others feared them, but some formed a bond with the Autobot younglings.
But when the Allspark was destroyed, and by extension, a young mech designated Hot Rod, both factions were at loss. The Autobots honored Hot Rod's sacrifice while the Decepticons wanted to avenge him.
But perhaps there was hope that Hot Rod might have survived the explosion in a form of Optimus' dream, a premonition that somehow, Hot Rod is alive...

Due to the rain, he couldn't get a good look, but he saw these towers on top of buildings. There was one in particular that caught his attention since he had to fly close to it." As Thundercracker spoke, Frenzy had sat up straight and moved closer to the seeker. Skywarp and Rumble had also leaned in closer while a crowd formed around them.
