Z-949-PUN-O, henceforth referred to as “949”, was demoted to medium rank prisoner following theft of several full clearance copies of various extremely classified files. Such copies are only available to Overseers. 949’s previous relationship with Overseer Axington provides possible connection, although they deny any connection to the event. Stolen files include: Experiment Z-13-A, Anti-Personnel Doorstopper schematics, NaVi AI Personnel Guidance Mechanism Code, and pieces of Z-779-PROD. 949’s motivation in acquiring these files is currently unknown, due to its refusal to speak on the subject, even with enticement. Further behavioral incidents led to 949’s further demotion to LR-P 479. From there, 949 was chosen to participate as Experiment #9 in Project Elysium, following the success of Project Poseidon. -

When the Fullmetal Alchemist is sent on a mission to Western Command to infiltrate a group of teenagers who are sending people across the Amestrian boarder for illegal purposes, he comes back two weeks later with rather severe trauma. The mission was successful, but at what cost? Mustang, as well as his team and Alphonse, try to bring back the once fiery teenager as the military works to get the Fullmetal Alchemist back onto the field, no matter what they have to do.
