Putting as much distance between him and the Strip, Morgan found himself in the Commonwealth of Massechusetts. As he traveled, he would be hunted, shot, had his mind merged with someone else's, helped the people around him, and even learn to let others in again, as friends, and maybe more. But things would take a turn for the worst when the Vault up the hill from his base opened up, leading to a series of events that would rattle the entire Commonwealth, and lead to his inevitable end.
