She did not ask to become a monster, but that is what she is now. "Witch" "Goddess" "Lich" "Vampire". These are the names people have given her, but the truest word for Avia is "Hungry."
That is, until the Queen sends her a huntress, hoping to eradicate the Monster of the Hevamore for good. The huntress was always doomed to fail to take Avia's life, but she did take something else. Something that Avia never knew she had.

For the first time in her life, she has a desire that outweighs her hunger, and a voice to listen to that exists outside of her mind.
