But life continued on, even without that damn Vulcan for company. McCoy retired, Captain Kirk accepted a promotion to admiral. Spock was… gone.
Three years later, just as Leonard McCoy plans to disembark on a solitary road trip in an ancient hover-van to clear his head, those infuriating pointy ears return out of nowhere and without a single word of explanation.
Unusually mute and particularly remorseful, Spock shows up at Leonard's doorstep silently begging for a second chance. And how could McCoy ever refuse him?

Summary
Another heat bubbles inside. It starts at his esophagus, scratching and clawing at the thick walls as it slithers further and further down Shane’s body. It infects every vein in Shane’s quickly loosening body. He feels like a hazy memory, like Ilya dreamt of him and manifested him in his lap. He grips onto Ilya to remind himself that he is an actual living thing.
Shane pulls back, “Ilya,” The four letters feel tacky as they rip off of his tongue like an old sticker. Shane trails his fingers along the smooth skin of Ilya’s shoulder. If he presses any harder, his fingers will dip into the muscle, pulling at the tissue.
He whines before dropping his forehead against Ilya’s, “I really fucking feel it now.” He whispers as he slightly moves his hips up, letting his cotton-covered dick rub against the thin-material of Ilya’s gym shorts. Precome soaks his sweatpants.

Let us all not lie to ourselves here. Jaden, in Season 4, even with all its clear reasons and in-universe explainations, was an A-Hole. And again, while it was understandable, considering everything that took place in Yubel's dimension, the fact that neither party ever tried to approach each other, sit down, and just, you know... TALK ABOUT IT. That is just sad. And no amount of "oh, another threat was on the horizon, Jaden had more important things to worry about" babble, is going to convince me otherwise, because, these are all Jaden's classmates. He has history with them. He suffered with them. He succeeded with them. He did so much good for everyone. And they all genuinely grew from his selflessness.
He saved them all. Time and again. Not just in dueling. He changed their lives for the better. And now, with this in mind, I feel like Season 4 should have been THE season, in which all of Jaden's heroic deeds with his friends, get paid back to him, with humility, respect, and most importantly... Open arms. They all still love him, and this is what I am going to show off, right now. A bumpy road, back to becoming a unified front again.

“...Sorry,” Kamyuhn huffs when Nozomi doesn’t respond right away. She pads forward on socked feet and drops to sit, knees drawing in toward her chest. “I didn’t mean to startle you. Were you deep in thought?”
“Um…” Nozomi fidgets with a piece of wood that’s splintered off the deck. The building they’re in, like many others in the area, is old and worn down, only habitual because of the base restorations they’ve been able to complete. More ambitious projects will have to wait until peace is restored across Futurum, and that could take years, maybe even decades, for all of Nozomi’s attempts at being forward thinking.
Hah. Nozomi’s tangented though. Talk about being ‘deep in thought’.
“I guess you could say that. It just, occurred to me while I was sitting here…” Nozomi switches from messing with the deck to picking at a hangnail on her thumb. “It’s been… about a year since everything happened.”

Mostly a simple concept; what happens if New Kunlun found itself facing a modern Earth.
A concept that I find so lacking around here in Ao3, so I thought I could toss my hat in the ring, the First Fanfic that I've written, and one that I feel very critical off.
A bit of my take, but one that is, admittedly, a bit to idealistic, or unrealistic. Truth be told, I don't know where to put this amongst many of the more better fanfics in this section of Ao3, but I must, at least, try.

Leaving a comment and a Kudos helps me continue this project of mine, and in the near future, I hope to revamp, rework, and make it more better than what is currently presented towards you the reader.
