Summary
On the 99th floor of Vought Tower, flowers should never grow. The air is too artificial, too cold, too full of secrets washed in blood and dried by neon lights.

Meanwhile, Josie, a woman with werewolf abilities, is also searching for the artifact, hoping it will help her control her transformations.
Their paths cross in an old abandoned museum, where they both arrive at the same time. Tensions rise as they both claim the artifact as their own, leading to a heated argument.
