I am doing my best to conform to the canon that Wildbow created, with few intentional deviations on details he just mentioned in passing. Not intended to be an AU. Arthur and Pari fall in love, they marry, and then they have to figure out what that means for the rest of their lives as he is a diplomat and sometimes she is Mrs. Diplomat.
This multi-chapter story is meant to be a romance. Occasionally, other characters from The Ministry of Time will stop by.
