It seems like the perfect solution to all his issues, but the droid he gets is not the droid that he'd ordered. Instead, he's saddled with Frank - a naive android who needs Gerard's help with nearly everything. Gerard's disappointment is weighed against his empathy; he doesn't have the time to train and take care of an android - he can hardly take care of himself - but can he really get rid of Frank?
