While reading this book in Vietnamese, I found it's interesting, and it has a good quality. I decided to translate it so people who also liked One Piece can enjoy it.
P.S. The author finished this book in 2023, and as you may know, there are a lot of changes in One Piece alone, from its lore, etc. However, if you are really interested and understood One Piece, there is no trouble to comprehend.
