What do you feel when you gaze upon it?
Sometimes it's crystalline blue, other times a dull gray. It can stir a blend of emotions: perhaps a sense of peace, joy, or even a hint of... fear?
The vastness of the sea has this power to mirror so many sensations.
No matter how calm or turbulent the surface may be, the ocean floor remains steady, static even. Down there, on the verge of exhaustion, letting more water in takes less effort than fighting back to the surface. And it's more likely someone will pull you up than you'll swim there on your own.
