    Mr. Aizawa glares at him, tugging him along, like he doesn’t believe him. “Stop being sorry and just follow the rules.”

    Izuku isn’t going to juvie. They said he’s different – doesn’t matter that he’s killed someone, the police is worried about a quirkless child being around other ‘troubled’ kids.

    Now this Mr. Aizawa is stuck with him until his trial, and Izuku’s completely, a hundred percent certain that the man absolutely hates him.

What Peter doesn't expect is that his escape will end with him in another dimension, a place where bats protect the night. A chance, a new beginning, a new family that will teach him to become more than a soldier again, to be a kid again, to be human again. Some shadows of Gotham do not think the same.

    Or the Bat-family adopts another kid and teaches him that he can be more than what he was made for.
