Though it is all fueled from distrust, everything else, from demons to another reality, is just something within himself. Something all in his head. Something that was caused from himself and 'let out' from the staff. There is far more to it all than what the patient, William Redmoor, can fathom. But 'Doctor' knows everything and sees everything, sees everything the patient struggles with and faces. Because madness is what placed the mouse in the maze of anguish in the first place.
