He of course plans to continue his work as soon as he can, but unfortunately a new neighbor with stunning blue eye is becoming quite the distraction.
Soon he finds himself in a careful balancing act between his daughters need, his attraction to the girl-dad down the street, and his own twisted cravings for the people who have hurt him. And the main problem with distractions, is that they make it easy to get sloppy. The only question is, who will catch him first: the police, the ten year old, or the man he's falling hopelessly in love with?

Jax never wanted to be a pop star.

So when his manager forces him into a collaboration with another rising star named Ribbit, he’s entirely skeptical of him and believes he’s the same as everyone else he’s ever met. Selfish, greedy, and only there for the money. Until he finds himself falling in love.
And as he does, he makes the harsh realization that loving Ribbit is unacceptable by the one person who controls him.
