Shane pauses, face screwing up even harder. His hands come up shakily to fist hard into Ilya's threadbare t-shirt, pulling the material tight against his skin.
He pants into Ilya's neck for a few seconds, then admits, "Just want you. Please."
Shane feels it, the second Ilya shifts. They haven't really talked about it before, not explicitly, at least. When the world gets to be too much, too loud, how Ilya will quiet it for him with his words and his hands, bringing him somewhere outside his head just long enough to replenish his will. Sometimes, most times, he does it with sex, pulling soft moans and desperate pleas from Shane's mouth, taking him apart until he's begging and doesn't even know which way he's situated on the mattress anymore.
Other times, though, he does it differently.
