He's got one of their blankets draped over what was probably supposed to be his torso, but the heat makes it so that Mickey had bunched it more around his hips instead, providing no real coverage. But most important to note, Mickey's asleep.
Ian rounds the couch, careful not to make any noise that could wake him, and crouches next to his husband to get a better look.
