This is a work of what I call "speculative mythology." It's the shared, continuous stories of a highly eusocial people, and the many names that have emerged across the telling and retelling, translating and re-translating of these tales across many generations. It's bug lore, ant mythology, spec myth, a love letter to a people who never existed. There's Skith, who climbed. Akti, who ran. The two-tandem of Sett and Tattik. Rika, who went downward, and who dueled in the Serpent-Tunnel. The Small Colony, the Four Tree Colony, the tumult of Our Mound where no Queen lives, and the great labors of the Gods Inside.

He was saved by a goddess who hates her job and spends her time getting frisky with her secretary. She decides to take him to a place where he’ll be very happy (according to her).
What our protagonist didn’t expect was that he would end up in a very peculiar world, where magic, magical beings, demons, spells, and more exist. But he also notices certain aspects of the society... which is composed mainly of female Anthro's and a few male Humies whose purpose is to serve the Anthro's, whether as husbands, cargo carriers for dungeons, for entertainment, or as companions for lonely nights.
He should be worried about that, but the truth is, he isn't. He loves Anthrostate's stories and is actually excited about the prospect of a potential wife. But will he be lucky?
